Waldorf Astoria Maldives ends management agreement in Maldives

Hilton Worldwide has announced that the management agreement with owning company, Tropical Maldives Pvt Ltd, for the Waldorf Astoria Maldives will end on 29 July 2012.

They reassure that the pre-existing contracted rates and rooms with the Waldorf Astoria Maldives these will remain valid throughout the validity dates as stated within the terms and conditions of the contract.

Any existing bookings for stays until July 29th will be honoured by Waldorf Astoria Maldives and Hilton Worldwide. For bookings beyond this period, Tropical Maldives will oversee the reservations and transfers and the Resort will be re-named as Beach House at Manafaru Maldives.
