Guests aged 16 and above are welcome to enjoy the spa treatments.

The resident yogi guides beginners and experienced followers through inspiring morning meditation and evening enlightenment sessions from a pavilion that “floats” on the sea. Private sessions are available, and the yogi welcomes all guests for discussions on this ancient spiritual practice.

Ayurvedic Retreat

Situated within the spa complex, the Ayurvedic Retreat, a first for Four Seasons, is designed to stimulate its guests into thinking about, experimenting with and understanding the fundamental philosophical approach to ayurveda. The Resort has worked closely with experts from nearby Kerala, India, to ensure this ancient science of life has been successfully transported to the Maldives. These experienced Keralan and Sri Lankan therapists and ayurvedic physicians are highly trained professionals in ayurveda, including diet, body type, patient approach and the practice of yoga and meditation.
