How can I book my flight?

Premier Maldives offers you booking your flight facility. You can ask us to research it for you — just contact our flights department on [email protected] with your requests and we will get back to you with a quote.

Is there an advantage to booking flights early?

In general, yes – especially in peak season. Prices do rise as a flight nears capacity, and the cheapest classes of ticket are sold out. However, special offers can come along at anytime, so nothing can be taken for granted.

We gladly book whatever element of a holiday people want – and we know that many of our travellers have a fiercely independent spirit. But consider this:

What should I do if I make a mistake on my booking?

It is essential that as soon as you realise you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately on [email protected] and give full information about your mistake, or suspected mistake. We do have a period of about 48 hours to withdraw the booking. If the error is corrected after this period then you may be liable to charges for booking cancellations or changes.

If Premier Maldives makes the booking on your behalf, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for fully checking all information immediately on receipt.

In all cases, we will do everything to help if errors occur.

When is my flight booking fully confirmed?

Your held flight booking is confirmed when Premier Maldives sends a Travel Voucher to your email address. This is sent within two working days and represents your official contract with Premier Maldives. The Travel Voucher gives full details of your booking. It can be updated with further services at any time.

How can I check my flight details online?

To view your flight itinerary go to www.CheckMyTrip.com and enter your six-digit PNR / Booking Reference and the surname of the lead passenger. Check My Trip will then bring up your flight details. You can then print or email your itinerary or mewly view the details on screen.

When do I receive my flight etickets?

Unlike some companies, Premier Maldives still issues etickets in the belief that it gives customers peace of mind. Once the Travel Voucher has been issued, confirming full payment,

How do I ensure that I receive your emails?

Check your junk/bulk/spam boxes if you do not receive an email. If you haven’t received an email from us before, we recommend that you add emails from premiermaldives.com to your “safe” list so that your inbox does not mistakenly put our email into spam folders. If no email is received, contact [email protected] with full details.

How do I book Multi-stop flights or Open-return flights?

Multi-stop flights are complex operations. Premier Maldives believes that for the best outcome multi-stop flights are best booked by our flights department on your behalf. Contact [email protected] with full details and we will offer you the best quotes we can find.

How can I book for group travel?

Please contact Premier Maldives at [email protected] and we will provide quotes. It might be possible to gain preferential rates for group travel.

Can I book a flight for an unaccompanied minor?

Premier Maldives does not take bookings for unaccompanied minors. A minor (under 18 years of age) must travel with an adult (over 18 years of age).
